No.
Any modification to the order shall be made before 72 hours of the actual time of delivery.
 
Q.2 Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD) option?

Q. 4 Can I cancel my order after the payment is done?
Yes, your order can be changed or cancelled up to 72 hours before specified delivery date.
Cancellation of order shall be made via written mail from the registered email id with

Q.5 How do I track my order?
You should receive following intimations via e-mail
1) Order confirmation email immediately after placing the order from our website
2) Order delivered email after successful delivery.
If you do not receive any order confirmation email within 2 hours after placing the order,

Q.7 What do I do if my order shows as delivered but the recipient has not received the gift.

We warrantee you will be satisfied with the quality and freshness of our products. However, should you be unsatisfied for any reason, do email us at ringaroses27@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for dissatisfaction. We will look into the matter and provide suitable solution. However, we do not guarantee refunds.
 
Q.11 Do you do same day deliveries?
We can offer same day delivery in Mumbai. Just ensure you give us the complete address and phone number of the recipient to ensure prompt delivery.
