2. Accepting all orders lies under the preview of RingaRoses. We can refuse to serve any order unconditionally, without giving any reason to the specified party.
3. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Court at Mumbai, India, only.
4. You acknowledge that requested delivery time is non-binding. Estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered. RingaRoses commits delivery date but if they are not met because of some unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to as unfounded recipient, floods, riots, extreme weather conditions or ongoing pandemic etc. or such other unforeseen circumstances, RingaRoses shall not be held responsible.
5. All complaints related to faulty deliveries have to be reported via written mail on ringaroses27@gmail.com mentioning following details :

   -Recipient Name, Number and Address

6. If there is no one available at the shipping address (to accept the delivery of your order), premises locked or recipient phone is wrong or unreachable at the time of delivery, we will consider the order executed.  Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.

VALENTINE DAY

1. The prices shown may change without prior notice due to Valentine’s rush. In order to help service your orders in the best possible way, we request you to pre-book your orders with correct address and contact details in advance.
2. Due to huge rush during the Valentine week, we do not offer any fixed time delivery.
3. We will endeavour to have all orders delivered as soon as possible, but any orders placed after the cut off time may be delivered the next day of Valentine’s Day. The cut-off time for Valentine’s Day delivery is the day before 14th of February.
