They apply to the entire contents of the websites under its domain https://ringaroses.eka-solutions.com (the website) whether you act as a private individual and consumer (“Consumer”) or as a business (“Business”) (referred to as “You” other than where specifically indicated) and the Company. By placing an order with RingaRoses, you acknowledge that you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here. Access to the Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond the Company’s control. The Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently the Website (or any part of it) with or without notice and shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or withdrawal of the Website.
REGISTERING ON THE WEBSITE
Customers may register to use the services available from this website. RingaRoses may decline a registration request at its sole discretion. By registering for the services, you agree that:

– You will notify us immediately of any changes to the personal information by updating your details within the My Account section on the website.
– You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
PRODUCTS
All Products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a Product of equivalent value and quality without notice. Since flower arrangements are hand-made, there may be a slight variation from the picture shown. Occasionally, substitution of flowers is necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues, for which RingaRoses shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever. Any changes to the order would be entertained if requested via written mail before 72 hrs of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be cancelled. In case of bad weather conditions- like heavy rains, flooding, or water logging, there can be delays in delivery hence; the delivery can be done as and when possible. In such a case refund will not be initiated. Since the flower arrangements are handmade, there might be slight variation in the product. But, we will make sure to deliver the flowers as close as possible shown in the pictures.
PRICES
The price payable for the Products that you order is shown on our Website.
If the price of a Product is incorrectly shown and is higher than stated on our Website we will either send you an email informing you of the new price and asking you if you want to proceed with your order or we will cancel the order and inform you. If the price of a Product is lower than stated on our Website we will send you the Product and charge you the lower price.
PAYMENT
Our website has a secure checkout.
We accept payment by Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and Wallets etc. We will not dispatch a Product until we have received payment from you.
We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) or payment by cheques.
Please do not send us payment information using Email.
DELIVERY
Deliveries are made seven days a week.
For flowers and other perishable items the delivery will be attempted only once.
No refunds will be given if the delivery is not executed due to following –
- Incorrect address
- Recipient not at home
- Address found locked or
- No one is available to accept the order
We only deliver Products within Mumbai. Kindly refer to location list on our website.
Delivery dates, call-off times are detailed on the website when you order Products.
We will deliver the Products ordered by you as per the order details only. Any modifications in order should be notified via written mail before 72 hours of delivery.
Please ensure that you enter full and accurate details, including the address and the postal code, of the recipient. We will not be responsible for any orders which are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information being supplied by you.
Recipient becomes the owner of the Products once they have been delivered. Post delivery we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, if the building refuses to accept any parcels or our delivery personal is not allowed to leave the parcel with the building security, then refund will not be initiated. Re-delivery can be offered by us at an additional cost.
